Service Crew / Assistant Manager

About Company:

Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4-star hotel at Central of Singapore. With head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they are offering wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.

Job Description:

- Greet customers and take orders accurately

- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously

- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas

- Assist with food preparation and stocking supplies

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

- At least 3 years of working experience in F&B industry

- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays

- Good team player and self-motivated

- Passionate about service and people

Compensation:

- Working location: Central, walking distance to MRT station

- Working hours: Weekdays: 3pm - 12am Weekends: 10am - 12am

- Working days: 5 days/week (shift rotational)

- Overtime payment
