Service Crew (F&B)
. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
. Take and confirm orders accurately using POS systems.
. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct before delivery.
. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, counters, and service stations.
. Assist with basic food preparation, plating, or packaging when required.
. Top up condiments, utensils, and supplies to ensure readiness for service.
. Manage queue flow, seating arrangements, and customer enquiries.
. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
. Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and digital transactions.
. Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards at all times.
. Support opening and closing duties such as setting up the restaurant or securing premises.
. Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
