. Handle of calls and respond to customers enquiries complaints, feedback and liaise with operation team to follow up in timely manner
. Greet and direct guest to designated room and ensuring necessary and appropriate actions are taken to delight customers based on SOP
. Work together with team to hit targeted sales
. Provide basic technical support for any technical errors in the outlet
. Ensure billing is accurately performed accordance to SOP
. Ensure the tidiness of room before and after
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
. Minimum 1 year experience in service industry is preferred
. Service oriented, friendly and cheerful personality
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and Public Holiday
