Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing of customer enquiries through emails and phone calls and liaise with customers on their sales enquiries
• Provide information and reply to inquiries for accounts, products and services to the customers and build good rapport with customers.
• Work closely with customers to generate sales from enquiries
• Liaise with customers on fulfillment discrepancies
• Able to handle and resolve customer complaints concerning billing and services rendered
• Reply to questions of the customers related to the services or products purchased
• Ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with service and spare parts departments
• Plan and allocate service engineer for job and ensure accurate service records in timely manner.
• Process purchase orders from customers

Job Requirements:

• Preferred to have at least 3 years working experience in Marine Industry or equivalent work experience
• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in and discipline
• Good customer service
• Ability to multi task
• Teamwork
• Good communication skills
