Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate service jobs from planning through execution and close-out, working closely with Service Managers, Service Engineers, and the Spares team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on service-related matters, including scheduling, quotations, progress updates, and post-service follow-up.
- Provide first-line remote support to Service Engineers across inspection, maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, and hook replacement activities, including job preparation, briefings, and documentation.
- Monitor service utilisation, cost, quality, and schedule adherence; prepare service quotations and job costings; and support invoicing and month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure all activities comply with company strategy, quality standards, HSE policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Your Qualifications
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's or equivalent in any relevant discipline (e.g. engineering)
- Experience in service coordination, service administration, or operations support
- Previous working experience in the Marine and offshore industry preferred
- Familiar with using CRM database systems or equivalent (e.g. SAP)
