about the job
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, service requests, and feedback through various communication channels.
- Coordinate service scheduling and liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, service documents, purchase orders, and shipment forms while maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Support after-service activities such as tracking job progress, updating reports, managing warranty claims, and assisting with audits or inspections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor service quality, identify process improvements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
skills and experience required
- Min. 1 year of working experience in coordination role, handling customer accounts.
