Service Centre Manager

• Position: Service Centre Business Manager

• Location: Orchard

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + AWS + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Consumer Electronic Products

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service centre operations, including repair and warranty services

• Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electronic products (computers, mobile devices, Tablet, smart watch etc.)

• Monitor and control operations to achieve targeted turnaround time, productivity, quality, and safety standards

• Manage and supervise a team of sales , technicians, and subcontractors

• Recruit, train, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance

• Take full P&L responsibility for the service centre and drive profitable growth

• Monitor service revenue, operational expenses, and overall profitability

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians

• Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics repair and/or service centre management

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Technical knowledge of consumer electronics repair processes

• Experience managing budgets and profit & loss
