Position: Service Centre Business Manager
Location: Orchard
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + AWS + Staff Benefits
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day service centre operations, including repair and warranty services
Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electronic products (computers, mobile devices, Tablet, smart watch etc.)
Monitor and control operations to achieve targeted turnaround time, productivity, quality, and safety standards
Manage and supervise a team of sales , technicians, and subcontractors
Recruit, train, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance
Take full P&L responsibility for the service centre and drive profitable growth
Monitor service revenue, operational expenses, and overall profitability
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians
Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics repair and/or service centre management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Technical knowledge of consumer electronics repair processes
Experience managing budgets and profit & loss
