Service Captain

Monthly Salary: UP to $3200 (Negotiable)

Working Address: 30 E Coast Rd, #01-12/13 V Mall, Singapore 428751

Working hours: 5.5 days work / 44 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and supervise the service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming dining atmosphere

• Assist in staff training and maintaining service standards

• Manage table assignments, reservations, and guest flow efficiently

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times

Qualification and Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in Italian or casual dining concepts

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Positive, energetic, and guest-oriented personality

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
