Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complete knowledge of beverage offerings, preparation methods, and service standards specific to Origin Bar.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel quality standards, checking presentation, temperature, and accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper use of equipment and materials to prolong their lifespan.
- Ensures that service / items are prepared according to hotel minimum standards and standard procedures
- Apply food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices consistently throughout service.
- Handle guest interactions professionally, support team collaboration, and assist with tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a bar or lounge setting, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale venue.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, especially cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards in F&B operations.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
