Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Greet and guide guests to their seats, ensuring all service standards and SOPs are followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a coordinated and positive work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality service at all times.
- Engage with guests confidently, including explaining menus and set offerings.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for minor technical or operational issues in the outlet.
- Process orders and billing accurately in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Restaurant manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.
- Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the role.
