CNC Machinist (Manual / CNC)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to perform machine setup, operation, and in-process inspection of precision components. This role requires a high level of technical skill and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines to produce precision components
• Perform in-process inspection to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Interpret technical drawings and machine parts according to specifications
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and gauges for machining processes
• Carry out CNC programming adjustments and editing on the shop floor
• Monitor machining processes and optimize cycle time and efficiency
• Perform daily machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure consistent machine output and quality standards
• Conduct threading operations across various materials and specifications
• Perform mathematical calculations for machining angles and dimensions
• Support training and guidance of junior machinists
• Work closely with production and quality teams
• Adhere to all workplace safety and environmental policies
