Job Description:

• Lead or support the detailed engineering of BMS ELV/Security Systems/CCTV projects in accordance with site-specific standards, from initial design through to commissioning and handover.

• Review MEP drawings, identify HVAC equipment, sensors, and control devices, and develop BMS network architecture and I/O summaries.

• Develop control strategies, SCADA, ELV, Security Systems, program supervisory and DDC/PLC controllers, scripting and prepare test plans for BMS systems.

• Select and specify sensors, control valves, dampers, controllers, and related components. Ensure proper wiring, terminations, and interlocks.

• Simulate, test, and deliver defect-free hardware and software packages. Support field commissioning and troubleshooting as needed.

• Prepare technical documentation, including bills of materials, control specifications, RFIs, and commissioning packages.

• Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and project timelines.

• Provide technical advisory and support to field engineers and clients, including retrofit solutions and technical clarifications.

• Stay updated with industry trends, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC, OPC UA, API etc.), and best practices to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in BMS/ELV/Security Systems/CCTV design engineering, building automation, or industrial automation.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ELV/Security systems (chilled water, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CCTV, Card Access etc.) and BMS architecture (operator workstations, supervisory and DDC controllers, sensors, actuators).

• Proficient in BMS programming, control strategy development, and integration of various protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC, OPC UA, API, etc.).

• Experience in AVEVA System Platform 2017 or above.

• Experience in engineering, installing, and commissioning BMS/ELV/Security Systems/CCTV and HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in Networking is a plus.
