Service Application Engineer (Machinery/Automation)

Job Scope:

- Assist in robot teaching and PLC program setup.

- Assist in machine assembly, electrical wiring, site installation, test and troubleshooting.

- Conduct factory acceptance test and site acceptance test.

- Conduct end-user operation and maintenance training.

- Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline.

- Perform system maintenance and support for system in production.

- Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation.

- Liaise with customers on on-site job.

- Involve in generating SOP for service and application team.

- Involved in generating and preparing the Preventive Maintenance checklist and costing.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC programming and machine troubleshooting.

- Ability to understand mechanical, electrical and pneumatic drawings.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is an advantage.
