Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer at frontline and all phone call received.
- Create quotations for all customer's repairs and advise them accordingly.
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Ensure work provided addresses the concern raised/required by customers .
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for service rendered.
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
Job Requirements:
- Provides simplified and quality services to all customers professionally.
- Work as a team closely to fill up any possible service gaps.
- Embrace self responsibilities for all customers and strive for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and independency at work.
- Ability to react accordingly to work contingencies and requirements.
