Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage service schedules and appointments
- Maintain service records and documentation for report preparation
- Assist in the preparation of project documents i.e. MOS & RA
- Coordinate between various departments i.e. warehouse, to request components and materials in the SAP system
- Assist in processing and submission of workers staff claims
- Act as back-ups to handle inquiries and complaints from clients and coordinate service requests and ensure follow-ups
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Job Specifications
- Minimum a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and systems (Monday.com, SAP)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-driven & positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and good at follow-ups.
- Able to read SLD, usage of AutoCAD is a plus point.
