You're an outgoing team player with a can-do attitude. Whether you are managing a section of tables or running a high-energy counter, you have great communication skills and a passion for making people smile.
What will you be doing
You will work alongside a vibrant team to charm and delight our guests. Depending on your experience and the specific outlet, your role will include:
- Service Excellence: Deliver warm, genuine service, whether you are providing Full Table Service or managing Counter Service orders efficiently.
- Loco Hospitality: Take food and drink orders accurately, offer recommendations, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
- Operational Support: Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties and maintaining a clean, festive environment.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth, fast, and friendly service during busy shifts.
- Leadership (for TLs): Lead by example, supervise floor flow, and mentor junior crew to uphold our high standards of hygiene, safety, and grooming.
