Job Title: Storage / Server Residency Engineer
Location: Singapore (Onsite – Town Area)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon - Fri)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residency Engineer to provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise storage and server infrastructure. This is a Business-As-Usual (BAU) role focused on maintaining system stability, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage storage and server infrastructure performance
- Handle incident, problem, and service request management
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support change management activities, including system updates and maintenance
- Generate regular system performance and operational reports
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure service continuity
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in storage, server, or infrastructure support
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Experience in enterprise environments is an advantage
- Good communication and documentation skills
