Job Description:
- Must have a valid food hygiene certificate.
- Provide friendly customer service.
- Serve meals and clean the tables.
- Maintain hall cleanliness and hygiene.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively with people from various countries.
Location: Bukit Timah Plaza
Working Hours:
- Tuesday - Sunday (days and times are negotiable)
Lunch: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Serving food to customers and providing friendly F&B service to guests.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensuring the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Managing outlet inventory levels.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Manager and/or Supervisor
Others:
- CPF Contribution.
- AL & MC applicable after 3 months.
- Free meals and uniforms provided.
- Probationary period salary: $12 per hour for 3 months (this can be shortened depending on work performance)
