We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our new outlet at Orchard Gateway.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations

• Supervise, train and motivate service crew members

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily manpower allocation

• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally

• Monitor inventory, stock levels and daily sales operations

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company standards

• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Experience in Korean restaurants will be an advantage
