Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Senior SEO Specialist to independently lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies, diagnose performance issues, and drive technical recommendations through to implementation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO and GEO strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs for assigned client accounts to drive organic traffic, rankings, visibility, leads, and conversions
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and manage issue resolution from diagnosis through fix validation
• Monitor SEO performance metrics, identify risks early, and propose effective mitigation plans
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Coach and mentor team members through practical knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capability
• Collaborate effectively with content, paid media, social, and account management teams to align strategies and execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience independently managing SEO campaigns and client accounts
• Strong technical SEO auditing and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve performance issues
• Ability to analyze data and audit findings to prioritize and implement actionable fixes
• Understanding of GEO, AI-powered search technologies, and evolving search behaviors
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly
• Proactive ownership of measurable outcomes with accountability for strategy execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with website migration projects or programmatic SEO implementation
• Broader knowledge of content marketing, paid media, and social media channels
