Westbourne is redefining what school can and should be in a global, AI-shaped world. Across our campuses, we combine academic rigour with real-world relevance, leadership development, and future-facing pathways in Business, STEM, and beyond.
We are not a volume-driven school, and we do not operate a traditional admissions model. We are building a distinctive, high-impact education institution, and that requires a fundamentally different approach to how we communicate and convert interest.
About the RoleThe SEO & Digital Operations Manager is a hybrid role that sits between marketing and technology, suiting someone who is technically minded but also understands user behaviour.
The manager will own and elevate Westbourne's organic and AI-driven growth engine, elevating our online presence across our three regional (UK/AU/SG) websites, serving as technical custodian of our web estate and digital brand, ensuring every touchpoint is optimised for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Reporting to the marketing leader, you will be directly accountable for growth in qualified conversions from organic and AI-assisted search, owning performance across the funnel - from attracting website visitors to generating qualified leads to supporting enrolments. You will take a hands-on, technically rigorous and data-driven approach to SEO, AIO, content optimisation, and conversion, leveraging digital best practice and using insight and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented digital marketer with strong technical skills who understands that search infrastructure, targeted, user-first content and conversion optimisation delivers measurable growth. You will thrive in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment and bring the energy, curiosity, and commitment needed to go beyond expectations and deliver results.
