key responsibilities:

Drive organic search performance and strategic digital visibility solutions for clients across multiple industry sectors.

• Lead total organic search and AI discovery strategies across performance, technical optimization, and content channels.
• Conduct technical audits, site architecture reviews, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Execute prompt research, citation gap analysis, and brand presence evaluation across generative AI discovery engines.
• Mentor and develop a team of search specialists while managing quality control standards across all campaign deliverables.
• Collaborate on business development efforts through website audits, proposal development, and strategic pitch presentations.

qualifications and experience:

• Proven track record leading search strategy, technical SEO, and team development initiatives.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI search preferred, but not required.
• Candidates looking to take a step-up into a management role are welcome.
• Expertise in web analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and specialized search crawling software.
• Strong understanding of search intent, topical authority, structured data, and content mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights.
