Responsibilities:
• Conduct sensory & consumer research (discrimination, descriptive, hedonic tests)
• Recruit, train & monitor sensory panelists
• Analyse sensory data & prepare reports with actionable insights
• Work with R&D & cross-functional teams on product development
• Manage sensory lab, materials & ensure proper testing protocols
• Support ad-hoc sensory testing & evaluation projects
Requirements:
• Min. Degree in Food Science, Sensory Science or related field
• Min. 2 yrs experience in sensory evaluation or consumer insights (F&B preferred)
• Strong in data/statistical analysis (XLSTAT knowledge a plus)
