Senor/ Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.

• Develop and optimise conversion funnels, landing pages and sales pages.

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, landing pages and other campaign elements.

• Develop compelling hooks, messaging and direct-response copy for digital campaigns.

• Write copy for advertisements, video scripts, landing pages, sales pages, emails and other marketing materials.

• Conceptualise video advertising campaigns and work with video editors to develop engaging video content.

• Prepare creative briefs for designers and other content specialists.

• Collaborate with content teams to develop lead-generation materials such as e-books, reports and online courses.

• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Leverage generative AI tools to improve the efficiency of marketing content and creative production.

• Keep up to date with emerging digital marketing platforms, advertising formats, tools and creative trends.

• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, digital advertising or a related field.

• Strong copywriting skills, particularly in direct-response or conversion-focused marketing.

• Creative mindset with a good understanding of digital advertising and visual content.

• Comfortable working with marketing metrics, campaign data and performance analysis.

• Experience with generative AI tools for content or creative development is an advantage.

• Experience with ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.
