Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and implement programmes facilitating holistic youth development. Build and maintain positive relationships, serving as a mentor to youth. Provide individual support and guidance to assist youth in overcoming challenges. Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and activities on health, education, and life skills. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address youth needs. Maintain accurate case records in compliance with organisational policies. Engage with the community to understand local youth interests. Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Stay updated on trends and issues affecting young people.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Youth Work. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working with youths. Previous experience in a similar role with young people. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate youths from diverse backgrounds. Good understanding of the challenges faced by young people today. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
