Senior Workplace Designer

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Senior Workplace Designer. The Senior Workplace Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional workplace designs, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, producing design drawings and plans, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. The role requires regular site visits, overseeing design implementation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace design, space planning, and developing design concepts
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
• Ability to conduct site visits and oversee design implementation ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in workplace or commercial design
