Senior Warehouse Officer (3PL)

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all warehouse safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness through 5S practices.
• Execute daily warehouse operations such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting efficiently and accurately.
• Carry out visual checks on goods and promptly escalate any discrepancies or non-conformities.
• Assist the Supervisor in meeting operational KPIs and performance targets.
• Handle inventory control tasks including data accuracy, stock checks, material movement, and documentation management.
• Ensure all records and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Contribute to process enhancement projects and support the roll-out of new initiatives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Skilled in operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, reach trucks, or VNA turret stock pickers.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Possession of a forklift license is advantageous.
• Minimum educational qualification: GCE N Level or equivalent.
