About the Role

Our client, an established global financial services group with a long-standing presence in fiduciary, trustee and fund services, is hiring for a senior sales leader to drive new business growth and expand its fund services offering.

Working closely with the Managing Director, APAC, the Singapore leadership team, and the firm's global sales platform, this role will lead origination efforts, develop key relationships across the ecosystem, and contribute to commercial strategy and market expansion.

This is a highly autonomous, front-office role where you will take full ownership of sales activities in Asia (ex-Australia). The position is suited for a self-starter who is comfortable operating independently, managing the end-to-end sales process, and driving outcomes with a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy to drive new business, revenue growth, and market expansion
  • Originate, build, and convert a strong pipeline through direct outreach and intermediary/referral networks
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including deal structuring, pricing, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across fund managers and key intermediaries (e.g. law firms, tax advisors, custodians, administrators)
  • Partner with leadership on target segments, commercial strategy, and market positioning, contributing relevant market insights
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting via CRM systems, and oversee preparation of key sales documentation
  • Represent the firm in the market and support broader marketing, partnership, and brand-building initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience in financial services, with a focus on sales and business development
  • Experience within fund services, fiduciary, or the broader alternatives space (e.g. fixed income, listed equities, private equity, credit, hedge funds)
  • Proven track record in originating and closing new business opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce, Strategy, or a related discipline
  • Established network within the fund services ecosystem in Singapore, including intermediaries such as law firms, tax advisors, custodians, and fund administrators
