Senior Vice President - Infrastructure Investments | Asia Pacific

We are working with a global infrastructure investment manager looking to appoint a Senior Vice President to its investment team in Singapore.

This is a senior investment opportunity focused on originating and executing infrastructure investments across Japan, South Korea and Australia.

The successful candidate will take responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, from identifying and originating new opportunities through to transaction execution, portfolio strategy and value creation.

The investment focus spans a range of infrastructure sectors, including energy, digital infrastructure, transport, utilities and broader essential infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute infrastructure investment opportunities across Japan, South Korea and Australia

• Drive transactions independently across the investment lifecycle

• Manage advisers, counterparties and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process

• Lead investment opportunities through the investment committee process

• Contribute to portfolio strategy and value creation

• Support the continued growth of the fund's investment activity across North Asia and Australia

We are particularly interested in candidates with

• Strong infrastructure investment, private equity, M&A or principal investing experience

• A proven track record of executing transactions in Japan, South Korea and/or Australia

• Experience across energy, digital infrastructure, transport, utilities or broader essential infrastructure

• The ability to independently lead and drive transactions

• Experience managing advisers, counterparties and investment committee processes

• Strong commercial judgement and an established network across the region

This role offers significant exposure to the fund's regional leadership and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in growing its infrastructure investment activity across North Asia and Australia.
