Responsibilities:

  • Propel New Business Growth: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, network and market insights to support our strategy for growing the agency's revenue in Singapore.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Act as a sought-after senior advisor to marketing and communications teams, delivering business-driven recommendations that shape brands and deliver results for our clients.
  • Champion Integrated Solutions: Lead the creation of integrated communications programs across the Asia Pacific region, utilizing all available channels - media and influencer relations, insights and data analysis, digital communications, social media strategy, and creative platforms, and working closely with our partners in the Omnicom network.
  • Build Enduring Client Partnerships: Build, maintain, and deepen high-level client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay up to date on the latest trends and continue to build strategic capabilities and innovative offerings, sharing insights with the wider team and playing a key role in planning for skills and experience we will require for the future.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of ambition, collaboration, and continuous learning while ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Inclusive Culture: Foster diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative working environment

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience of driving integrated communications strategies with a robust background in the agency world or client-side.
  • Solid understanding of communications, integrated campaigns, media planning, social strategy and e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, with the drive and tenacity to identify and win new clients, grow existing accounts, and deliver innovative, results-driven solutions.
  • Expertise in senior-level client engagement, delivering strategic insights and driving alignment across complex, cross-company initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced experience driving regional accounts and inter-agency collaboration across a multimillion-dollar portfolio.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on white space opportunities.
  • Credentials as a thought leader and enthusiastic practitioner who follows trends and best practices.
  • Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Collaborative team orientation, essential for thriving in FleishmanHillard's culture.
