Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Sales, Client Executive – Singapore. This role will be part of the regional FX sales team, drive revenue growth, and deepen client relationships with institutional clients across the Greater China region.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and manage the FX Sales team in Hong Kong, setting strategic direction and performance goals aligned with regional and global objectives.
Develop and execute client coverage strategies for Hong Kong and China, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and business growth.
Act as a senior advisor to top-tier clients, providing strategic insights and market intelligence to support their financial objectives.
Client Coverage & Sales Execution
Oversee execution of FX trades via voice and electronic platforms, ensuring best-in-class service and compliance.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of complex institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, corporates, and sovereign entities.
Deliver intra-day and long-term market commentary, leveraging firm-wide resources to inform clients of key developments.
Business Development & Cross-Sell
Originate new business opportunities through industry research, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships.
Collaborate across product lines and geographies to deliver holistic solutions, connecting FX clients to broader markets offerings.
Drive cross-sell initiatives and coordinate with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, including KYC, AML, and trade surveillance. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to manage onboarding, deal structuring, and client lifecycle processes.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.10+ years of total work experience is preferred.
