About the opportunity:

We are looking for a commercially astute and strategically driven Senior Vice President, Client Experience to lead some of our most important luxury and beauty client relationships. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping client strategy, driving business growth, and leading high-performing, integrated teams across markets.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering best-in-class communications strategies that drive brand equity, cultural relevance, and business impact. Beyond client leadership, you will play a critical role in agency growth, talent development, and strengthening our position as a leading partner for luxury and beauty brands in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel

  • Serve as senior strategic lead across high-value client portfolios within luxury and beauty
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, providing business-driven counsel beyond communications
  • Translate client business objectives into integrated, insight-led strategies across PR, digital, influencer, and experiential
  • Ensure excellence in delivery across all client touchpoints, with accountability for quality, innovation, and impact of work
  • Lead complex, multi-market and regional engagements with seamless cross-office integration

Business Growth & Innovation

  • Drive organic growth across existing accounts, identifying opportunities to expand scope and deepen partnerships
  • Lead and contribute to new business development, including pitch strategy and conversion
  • Champion innovative, award-worthy work that strengthens agency reputation in luxury and beauty

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor team members, building a strong talent pipeline within the agency
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
  • Coach team to elevate strategic thinking, creativity, and client management excellence
  • Partner with HR and leadership on hiring, succession planning, and capability building

Operational & Commercial Excellence

  • Own financial performance across accounts, including revenue growth, profitability, and resource management
  • Ensure effective scoping, forecasting, and utilization to balance client delivery with commercial sustainability
  • Partner closely with Finance and leadership to manage budgets, mitigate risks, and drive business performance
  • Maintain strong oversight on delivery processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability

Industry Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong networks within the luxury and beauty ecosystem (brands, media, influencers, partners)
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership and visibility in the market
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer shifts, and cultural movements to inform client strategies

Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of experience in PR/communications/integrated marketing, with strong exposure to luxury and/or beauty brands
  • Proven track record managing senior client relationships and large-scale regional/global accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, revenue growth, and account profitability
  • Demonstrated success in leading integrated campaigns across earned, digital, influencer, and experiential
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect communications to broader business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership
  • Experience in new business development and pitching
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplined campaigns.
  • Special event experience is a bonus, particularly with red carpets, high-profile sponsorships, product launches, openings, stunts, media education events and influencer activations
