We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, CEO Office.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Corporate affairs - Managing external communications, the company's reputation, stakeholder relationships, and communications with industry bodies, government relations, board relations, award bodies, crisis management and internal communications
  • Prepare external presentations & materials, collaborating with internal functions (marketing, strategy, actuarial, compliance) to produce polished slide decks, briefing notes, and speaking scripts for conferences, media appearances, and client meetings
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform speaking points, citing relevant developments in Singapore's insurance industry. Ensure materials match brand standards and Singapore's compliance requirements and proper clearance is sought with the local and/or global Communications team from a reputation risk perspective
  • Plan and execute all internal communications from the CEO Office, Townhalls etc, working closely with the local and global Communications teams whenever deemed appropriate
  • Business management - managing all internal and external business reporting of business performance to board, group, regulatory bodies and industry bodies. Supporting business administrative activities, preparing materials, minutes, action tracking on key management discussion items
  • Work with other team members and provide operational and administrative support in other functions eg: Strategy Planning & Execution, People/ Culture initiatives, to ensure the smooth execution of responsibilities
Requirements

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Insurance, Finance, or related field
  • Strong experience in similar roles- in insurance, and corporate communications. Prior Singapore exposure is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal & emotional intelligence, skilled at building trust at executive level, navigating hierarchy, and maintaining confidentiality
  • Exceptional written/verbal fluency adept at translating complex insurance matters into audience-appropriate narratives in both English and Mandarin
  • Meticulous minute-taking, project coordination, and task follow-through. Ability to work with speed
