Lead the company's medium- to long-term business planning and own the PMO function to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and with expected impact. This role must have deep domain knowledge of internet, ecommerce and digital finance ecosystems and be able to translate strategy into measurable operational execution.
Support executives to define, own and drive the corporate strategies development and annual operating plan translate strategy into prioritized initiatives and cross-functional execution roadmaps.
Lead market, customer and competitive analysis across internet, ecommerce and digital finance sectors to identify growth, monetization and risk mitigation opportunities.
Build and review business cases, financial models, forecasts and P&L scenarios to support senior management team's decision making.
Serve as PMO: i) Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, payments, compliance, marketing and operations to operationalize strategic initiatives. ii) To track resource investment, progress, execution quality and risks in strategies excution iii) Hire, mentor and scale a high-performing strategy & PMO team develop capabilities in business case development, program delivery and stakeholder management.

Requirements: . Bachelor's degree required MBA or advanced degree preferred. . Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in senior strategy, corporate development or business planning roles proven experience leading PMO or enterprise program functions. . Demonstrated track record in internet, ecommerce and/or digital finance (fintech/payments) with concrete examples of strategic impact and project delivery. . Excellent communication, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills able to influence Clevel and cross-functional teams. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and leading complex, cross-border initiatives.
