Senior VAL Operator (Supervisor)

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and deploy the operations team assign work and monitor attendance, performance and productivity train and coach operators coordinate daily warehouse or production activities troubleshoot issues monitor work quality support inventory counts and ensure accurate records and system transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent at least 5 years experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or operations. At least 3 years of supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred. Experience leading blue-collar operational teams is highly advantageous.

Additional:

• Working days: Tuesday-Saturday
• Working hours: 1:00pm-10:45pm
