Senior UIUX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore. This position involves balancing in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility. The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design and development of innovative and user-centered experiences for digital products and services. Responsibilities include conducting thorough user research, employing design thinking methodologies, creating user journey maps, developing prototypes, and delivering polished visual designs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and clients, to ensure solutions meet business goals and user needs.

• Design Methodology: Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to apply user-centric design principles to solve complex problems.
• Research & Insights: Expertise in conducting User Research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• UX & Interaction Design: Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping to create seamless, intuitive interfaces and flows.
• Visual Communication: Experience in Visual Design to craft compelling, aesthetically pleasing, and brand-aligned interfaces.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities for working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of web and mobile technology limitations and opportunities to design for accessibility and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience working in cross-industry contexts, particularly in sectors such as financial services, fintech, or consumer technology, is a plus.
• A mindset for innovation and a passion for creating meaningful, user-oriented design solutions.
