We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead the design direction for client projects, create user-friendly digital experiences, and work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to deliver high-quality websites, portals, and applications.
Role Overview
The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding client requirements, planning user journeys, designing wireframes, creating high-fidelity UI designs, and ensuring that the final digital product is visually strong, user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with business goals.
This role requires both creative design ability and strong UX thinking. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into clear, practical, and attractive digital interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Lead the UI/UX design process for websites, web applications, portals, and mobile-responsive platforms.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design clean, modern, user-friendly interfaces that are aligned with client branding and project objectives.
- Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Apply strong UX principles to improve usability, navigation, conversion, and overall user experience.
Client & Requirement Understanding
- Work with project managers and clients to understand business goals, target users, functional requirements, and content structure.
- Translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
- Present design concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and refine designs based on project needs.
Design Systems & Handoff
- Create consistent design systems, UI components, style guides, and reusable design elements.
- Prepare developer-friendly design handoffs using tools such as Figma.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Review developed pages to ensure they match the intended design, layout, responsiveness, and user experience.
Project Collaboration
- Collaborate with project managers, developers,
