We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and cross-functionalteams across multipleproducts.
Define user flowsand create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user researchand usability testingto validate designsand inform decisions.
Contribute to and leverage design systems to ensure consistency,scalability, and efficiency.
Manage stakeholder requirements, facilitate workshops, and provide designspecifications and assetsfor development.

Requirements:

5-7+ years of UI/UX design experience with proven contributions to successful digital products.
Strong end-to-end product design experience, from requirements gathering and workshops to user testing and high-fidelity delivery.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and work effectively with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail, and other design tools.
A strong design portfolio, experience with design systems, and familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
