Senior Trust Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, providing full ongoing administration support.
- Act as the main contact for international clients, supporting new structure setup and day-to-day administration.
- Ensure trusts and companies meet relevant statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support periodic client reviews based on risk ratings and internal policies.
- Handle restructuring, termination, liquidation and winding-up matters when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams on billing, collections and preparation of financial statements.
- Maintain accurate trust, corporate and client records, including internal databases and documentation.
- Review work and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Support ad-hoc internal, regulatory and operational projects as required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in trust, fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services.
- Solid knowledge of trust and corporate administration.
- Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members.
- Good understanding of governance, risk and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with good attention to detail.
- STEP, CGI or similar professional qualification, or currently pursuing one, is an advantage.
