Job Description

Manage both funding and investment activities to support the bank's treasury objectives.
Drive expansion into new products and markets across fixed income, FX, and multi-currency funding channels.
Partner with Risk and Finance teams to design, enhance, and maintain treasury governance frameworks.
Collaborate with business units to identify and resolve funding mismatches, ensuring optimal capital and investment structures.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen banking relationships, including the negotiation and setup of FX agreements (ISDA).
Conduct market and liquidity analysis to provide insights for treasury strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
8 years and above of relevant treasury experience, preferably gained in regional or mid-sized banks.
Proven knowledge of money market instruments, bonds, FX, and liquidity management practices.
Track record of independently leading and delivering large-scale projects.
Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable to a lean, fast-paced environment, taking ownership of both strategic initiatives and BAU execution.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence across different functions.
