Senior Treasury Manager

Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team responsible for evaluating and executing financing for strategic investments and joint ventures. This role entails managing relationships and ensuring financial solutions that align with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the structuring and execution of financing for strategic investments and joint ventures.
• Evaluate suitable financing structures, including project finance, structured finance, asset finance, and corporate financing.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and financial institutions to develop effective financing frameworks for new projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including JV partners, banks, and legal entities, to negotiate financing proposals and key commercial terms.
• Manage financing transactions from initial discussions through to documentation and financial closure.
• Lead the execution of bilateral loan and trade facilities.
• Negotiate financing terms, oversee documentation processes, and monitor financing/refinancing needs.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with financial institutions and identify funding opportunities.
• Manage liquidity and cash flow related to company activities, ensuring sufficient resources for ongoing operational needs.
• Monitor market conditions to optimize banking and capital facility utilization.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with treasury functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Loan Syndication, Trade Finance, or Corporate Treasury.
• Proven hands-on experience in project financing and structured financing, ideally with joint ventures or large-scale investments.
• Familiarity with loan syndication processes, including structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Understanding of cash management, liquidity management, and working capital requirements.
• Experience in sectors related to commodities, petrochemicals, or energy is an advantage.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work across functions and regions.
• Willingness to undertake frequent business travel as required.
