Senior Transformation Manager (Strategic and Organization)

Our client is a Healthcare provider . Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager (Strategic and Organization) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

Duties

1. Translate organisational strategy into clear transformation objectives and priorities.
2. Develop and track KPIs/OKRs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
3. Conduct research and partner leadership to define future operating models and service delivery improvements.
4. Facilitate annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles and organisation-wide work planning.
5. Establish governance and oversee end-to-end delivery of major transformation projects.
6. Engage and align stakeholders across service pillars to drive ownership of initiatives.
7. Coach teams on transformation frameworks, change management, and best practices while building internal capabilities.
8. Lead the transformation team and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or project management, with end-to-end delivery exposure.
• Strong stakeholder and change management capability across organisation-wide initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset, experienced in KPIs/OKRs, performance tracking, and reporting.
