Senior Trading Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyse palm oil market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and price movements.
• Monitor export/import data, weather patterns, government policies, and competing oils markets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports for management and clients.
• Build and maintain a database of historical market information.
• Support trading team with forecasts, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Agribusiness, Commodities, or related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Knowledge of the palm oil industry and commodity trading.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and market research platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin is a must .
