Job Responsibilities

• Assist therapists during patient treatment sessions
• Conduct supervised therapy activities
• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment
• Support patient mobility and ADL training
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
• Provide patient education and encouragement

Requirements

• Prior experience in a hospital, rehabilitation, or therapy setting is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patient, compassionate, and attentive to detail
• Physically fit and able to assist patients with mobility and exercises
