Responsibilities
- Design and implement stable, cost-effective production test methods for RF and DC power supplies
- Develop manufacturing test flows, including software, databases, hardware, and documentation
- Ensure testability of new product designs and provide feedback to design teams
- Implement SPC, DOE, and MSA to maintain repeatable and controlled production testing
- Develop and maintain test programs using LabVIEW and MATLAB
- Analyze test equipment capability and support fault isolation and reliability testing
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in design/development teams and/or manufacturing support.
- Able to operate electrical test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DVM), electrical power measurement tools, and spectrum analyzers.
- Proven experience in developing complete manufacturing test paradigms, including implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
