Senior/Tender Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Con)
Be part of the pre-contract team at the HQ of a leading A1 main contractor tendering for major developments across Singapore.
What you will do
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building and infrastructure projects.
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements and potential cost risks.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate pricing.
- Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations
- Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), tender clarifications, and value engineering proposals.
What you will need
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
