Role Description

Responsible for all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works and general maintenance within the hotel. Ensures proper functioning of building systems through installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair. Performs handyman tasks, supports event setups, responds to guest requests, and maintains safety standards while assisting across departments and handling shift duties.

Duties & Responsibility

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and building systems.

• Troubleshoot faults, conduct inspections, and take meter readings.

• Carry out general handyman works including plumbing, air-conditioning, painting, patching, and minor repairs.

• Support pool maintenance, including basic testing when required.

• Set up AV equipment and provide standby support during events.

• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and guest requests.

• Participate in emergency response duties as a first aider.

• Work rotating shifts and assist across Maintenance Department functions as needed.
