Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our quality team. This role is critical in performing final quality checks on outgoing goods, ensuring only fully compliant products are approved for shipment. The position supports the effective implementation of quality systems and collaborates closely with production and warehouse teams to identify and resolve non-conformances, thereby contributing to product integrity and customer satisfaction

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct data checks on finished goods to ensure alignment with product specifications and customer requirements.
• Review and validate outgoing quality documentation, including inspection reports, certificates of conformance, and related records.
• Update and monitor quality performance indicators for each shipment, including the use of judgment plates where applicable.
• Identify and report non-conformance or abnormal monitoring trends, assist in root cause analysis and support implementation of non-conformances.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on outgoing data compilation when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve product quality issues.
• Support quality engineers in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality control processes and product quality

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department head or supervisor.

Skills and Competencies Profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with quality inspection procedures.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
