Senior Technician (Operations and Maintenance)

Join us as a Senior Technician (Operations & Maintenance), where you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our retail outlets and properties running smoothly-creating a safe, reliable, and well-maintained environment for both our team and customers.

Job Description:

• Monitor all activities pertaining to preventive programmes of building or ad-hoc maintenance, facilities and building works

• Perform handyman repair works

• Liaise with retail mall landlords, contractors, vendors, end users and relevant authorities with respect to technical & maintenance services, repairs, installation, renovation, reinstatement works and operational support for promotional activities.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations

Requirements:

• ITC, Diploma in Building, Engineering or its equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing

• Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines

• Good organization skills with excellent follow-up

• Possess good communication and writing skills
